The Interim Application has been filed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.9.

Learned counsel submits that the delay in filing the application has occurred as she was unaware about the demise of Respondent No.9 and that she came to know about the same, on receipt of the letter from the Advocate of the Respondent dated 29th February 2018.
