This appeal arise out of rejection of Notice of Motion No.1043 of 2017. By the said notice of motion, the appellants had prayed for an order directing the corporation to reconnect the electricity and water connection of Sahkar Building. It is not in dispute that the building is already demolished. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. Hence, appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
