The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the above Appeal.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant / Insurance Company as well as the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, and for the reasons stated in the above JULY 04, 2025 S.R.JOSHI

8-ia-7304-2024.doc Interim Application, we allow the same in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "

That delay of 12 days in filing of appeal be kindly condoned."

Now that the delay is condoned, all other office objections, if any, in the above Appeal shall be removed by the Advocate for the Appellant within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. List the Appeal on board for admission on 18th July, 2025.
