The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of Respondent No.4(b).

Ms. Mrunalini Dalvi, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2(c) strongly opposes the Interim Application. She states that some of the statements made in the Interim Application are incorrect. However, admittedly the Respondent No.4(b) has passed away and his legal heirs are as per Schedule-1. Dusane

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Amended copy of the Second Appeal be served on all the Respondents or their Advocates within a period of one week after the amendment has been carried out.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
