In fact, this matter is called out in the morning session but no one was present on behalf of the Appellant - MSRTC. 2.

There is an Application for withdrawal. Learned Advocate for the Appellant appeared and submitted that he has given the NOC and the MSRTC want a longer date for appointing an Advocate. Unless and until, the procedure is followed, learned Advocate is not discharged. 3.

Let, this matter be kept on th October 2024 for deciding the withdrawal Application. Till that time, the Appellant to engage a new Advocate. If, new Advocate is not engaged, then let any Officer from MSRTC shall remain present on the next date. Even if, he does not appear, it is made clear that on that date, Court will decide the withdrawal Application.
