Ms. Shushmita, learned counsel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.13720 of 2023 and the Respondent in Writ Petition No.13567 of 2023, appearing through Video Conferencing is facing some technical snag and cannot be seen, makes a request for accommodation. Mr. Rubin Vakil, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-wife is not keeping well and hence, seeks accommodation.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that as per Order 13th March 2025, the Petitioner-husband as well as Respondent-wife were directed to file respective affidavits disclosing their present income and supporting documents. Those affidavits were directed to be filed on or before 25th March 2025. 3.

It is submitted that though belatedly he (Petitioner in Writ Petition No.13567 of 2023) is placing on record those documents as directed by this Court, the documents are allowed to be placed on record.
