3) The Trial Court had decreed the suit by granting injunction in favour of the Plaintiffs. The Decree is reversed by the First Appellate Court. However, it appears that the First Appellate Court has stayed its order upto 3 April 2024. In that view of the matter, till the next date of hearing, the Judgment and Decree passed by the first Appellate Court shall remain stayed.
