The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 438 days in filing the above Application and seeking restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Though we are not fully satisfied with the explanation set out in the Interim Application as well as the additional affidavit, considering that the Petitioners are farmers, we would not like them to lose an opportunity to argue the matter on merits. In these peculiar facts and circumstances, we hereby condone the delay, setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 2nd January, 2023, and restore the above Writ Petition to file.

Now that the delay is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored to file, the Advocates for the Petitioner are directed to remove all other office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the above Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.
The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
