This Interim Application filed by the Husband seeking modification to the undertaking given by the Husband through his counsel on 19 October 2023.

Mr. Sehgal appearing for Husband submits that the Husband has given a fair undertaking that he will bear the expenses of the children and of the wife as regards to their vacation either in India or abroad and he would be bearing all the expenses including that of abroad travel, resort, food, etc. He submits that wife has now taken advantage of this concession being given, and now she desires to travel only by business class and will stay only in 5 Stars hotels. He submits that this was not something which was contemplated by the Husband with statement was made fairly on 19 October 2022. Kishor
