The above Interim Application is filed seeking a stay of the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Family Court on 23rd January, 2024. In addition to the Court notice, the Appellant /Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent-husband with the papers and proceedings in the above Family Court Appeal by private notice as well.
