When the above matter is called out, we are happy to note that an in-principle agreement has been arrived at between the parties. The parties have, in-principle, agreed that Flat No.108, 'C' Wing, Narmada Sadan, AUGUST 16, 2024 Mohite
33 fca(l)5946-24withia747624.doc Cabin Road, Bhayander (East) will be transferred by the husband in favour of the wife. Over and above this, the husband shall pay in full and final settlement of all claims, a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs Only) to the wife not only towards her maintenance, but also towards maintenance of her two daughters. The parties have also agreed that once payments are made, the Court shall substitute the decree passed by the Family Court granting a divorce to the husband on the ground of cruelty, by a decree passed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (i.e. Divorce by Mutual Consent).
