This Interim Application is for restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed in pursuance to office order dated 30 January 2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

The reason as set out in the Interim Application is that due to some technical difficulty, the name of the Advocate for the Petitioner was October 1, 2024 Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS Note: This order is corrected vide speaking to minutes of order dated 3.10.2024 and correction is shown in bold.

903-IA-7484-2024 (C) spk.doc not correctly indicated and it is for that reason that the Petitioner could not take appropriate steps to remove the office objections and comply with the orders passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). 3.

Having perused the averments as made in the application in our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the cause as set out by the Petitioner is sufficient for us to restore the Petition to the file of this Court. 4.

We have also perused the averments in regard to the delay in filing the present application. Delay has been sufficiently explained. 5.

It is thus in the opinion that the Petition be restored to the file of the Court.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

7.

List the Petition for Admission on 17 October 2024. 8.

Interim Application stand disposed of.

No costs.
