Learned Advocate for the Applicant mentioned that though the appeal was circulated and was supposed to listed on 12th April, 2024. The same was not listed on board. Thereafter it was again mentioned and circulation was granted for 15th April, 2024. However, even on that date the appeal was not on board. He submits that the Learned District Judge by order dated 5th January, 2024 had continued stay for 90 days from the date of order dated 5th January, 2024. It is submitted that as on today, there is no stay. Though the matter was supposed to be listed on board, the same was not listed.

Considering the above, place the matter on board dated 18th June, 2024.

The interim stay granted by the order dated 5th January, 2024 by Learned District Judge, in RCA No.142 of 2010 to continue till next date.
