Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased-Appellant No.1A and 1B. As far as the Appellant No.1A is concerned, the legal heirs are already on record. Permission to delete the name of Appellant No.1A is granted. As far as Appellant No.1B is concerned, the name of Prasad Rohidas Gowari is permitted to be added as legal heir of the deceased-Appellant No.1B by condoning the delay of 30 days. 2.

Interim Application also seeks deletion of name of the Appellant No.1G to 1J on the ground that they have released their sa_mandawgad 1 of

99 ia7493-24 rights in favour of the Appellants. There are multiple cause of actions in the present Interim Application. As the Interim Application has been allowed only as far as the amendment is concerned, liberty to the Appellants to file a separate independent Application for deleting the name of the Appellant Nos.1G to 1J. 3.

Interim Application is allowed only as regards bringing on record the legal heirs of Appellant No.1B and for deleting the name of Appellant No.1A.
