The relief sought in Interim Application No.7497 of 2024 is to recall the Order dated 16th December 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) and to restore the Second Appeal against Respondent No.1A.

Mr. Talkute, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1A strongly opposes the Application. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
