This is an application by Insurance Company seeking stay of the impugned Judgment and Award. Office note indicates that amount has been deposited by the Applicant/Insurance Company. 3.

Therefore the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under:

"(a) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this present Appeal, the execution, operation of the judgment and award dated 1.8.2023 passed by The Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur in M.A.C.P no.1 of 2020 be stayed in the interest of justice."
