Liberty to the Petitioner to file an additional affidavit, liberty for which is sought in order to deal with certain "technical mistakes" in the Application for condoning delay.

Such additional affidavit shall articulate what those technical deficiencies are and also address the deficiencies, so that this Court can consider the application for condoning delay, which is said to be in the order of 226 days.
