It appears from the record that the matter was first listed on board on 10th April 2024, when, while issuing notice, this Court passed an order directing the parties to maintain status quo. The said order was continued from time to time. The matter was thereafter listed before this Court on 28th November 2025, and the status quo order was again continued.

Today, when the matter was called out at 2.30 p.m., none appeared for the Appellant. In view thereof, the interim protection granted on 10th April 2024 stands vacated.
