This application is for restoration of the Second Appeal with a prayer for setting aside the conditional order dated 19th June 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the application he has explained the reason for not removing office objections within time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that when the conditional order was passed, respondent was not represented by any advocate.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that all the Page no. 1 of 2

23-ia-7598-2024-sa-731-2022.doc office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to the applicant removing all office objections within four weeks. If office objections are not removed within the aforesaid time, the application shall be dismissed without reference to the Court. If office objections are removed, office is directed to list the Second Appeal for admission on 2nd September 2024.
