In so far as the Interim Application is concerned, we allow the same because the Intervenors are the project affected persons, who claim that they have already been allotted the land, which is the subject matter of this Petition. 5.

Ms Mangale, states that she will appear and waive service on behalf of the Intervenors. Accordingly, no fresh notice is necessary to the Intervenors.
