This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal against the judgment and award dated 6.9.2023 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 456 of 2014.

The First Appeal be registered and it be listed along with Interim Application No.7622 of 2024 for stay on 03.09.2024. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of.

The interim relief granted on 10.04.2024 in Interim Application No. 7622 of 2024 shall continue to operate till the next date.
