8-WP-14935-2023.DOC PC:- 1.

These two writ petitions are arising out of one and the same matter. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 11496 of 2023 submits that the arguing counsel is not available today and seeks adjournment. His request is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 11496 of 2023 contending that till date there is an arrears of Rs. 23,14,000/- not paid by the respondent - husband.
