2) Present Application filed by the original claimant seeking condonation of 304 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal. 3) Record indicates that service to Respondent No.1 is treated as a 'good service'. Respondent No.2 is duly served. However, none appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
4) The condonation of the delay is sought on the ground that after passing of the impugned Judgment, the Applicant was suffering from chronic liver disease and he was under medical treatment. Mr.Sawant, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has a good 1/2

5) In view thereof and considering other reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed.
6) The delay of 304 days in filing present Appeal is condoned. 7) Appeal be registered forthwith.
