Interim application has been preferred for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No. 1A on record and for condonation of delay of six months caused in filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the sole Respondent submits that the Respondent has expired and she has no instructions from the legal heirs of the Respondent.

Writ petition is of the year 1999 and the pleading is that advocate on record was not informed about the death of Petitioner Patil-SR 1 of

The explanation is sufficient to condone the delay of six months and the same stands condoned. Interim application stands allowed. Amendment in the memo of petition to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
