In all these matters, Mr. Gabhale, learned Counsel appears for the Appellants and submits that although earlier the stay had been granted subject to deposit of the awarded amount along with accrued interest, however, since only part of the said amount could be deposited, the stay on the execution of the award has expired, however, submitting Nikita Gadgil 2/3
that as far as the matter at serial no. 17 is concerned, there is an Interim Application seeking fresh stay on deposit of the deficit amount. Mr. Gabhale submits that some time be granted to take out similar applications in the appeals at serial numbers 2 to 4, 6 and 8 to 16. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent(s)-original Claimants and the learned AGP for the State have no objection if some time be granted to take out appropriate applications. 3.
At the joint request of the learned Counsel appearing in the matter, list on 4th November, 2025.

Let the necessary applications be filed and served and if necessary let the response to the same also be filed and served and pleadings be completed by the next date.
