When the matters are called out, Mr. Gabhale, learned Counsel appears for the Applicants and submits that on 11th November Kanchan Dhuri 2/4
2025, this Court had in Civil Application No.2484 of 2014 in First Appeal No.860 of 2014 directed that subject to payment of the entire decretal amount alongwith the interest within a period of eight weeks in the Reference Court, the operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 31st August 2012 is stayed. 2.
Mr. Gabhale submits that pursuant to the said order the outstanding decretal amounts alongwith the interest have not only been deposited in the First Appeal No.860 of 2014 but also in other Appeals viz. First Appeal No. 859 of 2014, First Appeal No.857 of 2014, First Appeal No. 861 of 2014, First Appeal No.862 of 2014 and First Appeal No.1507 of 2014 and that the stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the Award may be extended to the Awards under challenge therein as well.

However, both the learned Counsel for the Appellant/ Applicant as well as for the Original Claimants/Respondents have no objection, if all the Interim Applications filed for stay of the operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgments and Awards in all the Appeals listed at serial Nos.902 and 907 are disposed of with an order of stay until the final hearing and disposal of the First Appeals which the learned Counsel submit have already been admitted by this Court earlier.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Civil Application No. 2483 of 2014 in First Appeal No.859 of 2014; Interim Application No.3422 of 2025 and Civil Application No.2481 of 2014 in First Appeal No.857 of 2014; Civil Application No.2485 of 2014 in First Appeal No.861 of 2014; Civil Application No.2486 of 2014 in First Appeal No.862 of 2014; Civil Application No.2484 of 2014 in First Appeal No. 860 of 2014; and Interim Application No.7741 of 2025 in First Appeal No. 1507 of 2014 are disposed of with a direction that the operation, execution and implementation of the respective impugned Judgments/Awards all dated 31st August 2012 are stayed until the final disposal of the said Appeals.

Interim Applications/Civil Applications accordingly stand allowed and disposed as above.
