Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Appellant No. 1F and for condonation of delay of 1 year 284 days caused in filing the Application and for setting aside abatement.

Learned counsel for the proposed Respondent does not oppose the Application.

The reason set out in the Application that the Appellant No. 1 had expired on 4th April 2021 during Covid pandemic and thereafter Harish 1 of

44-IA-7754-2024.doc the death certificate was obtained and furnished to the Advocate on record for taking necessary steps. The explanation is sufficient to condone the delay caused in filing Interim Application. 4.

Interim Application stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 6 weeks from today.
