This Application is filed for substitution of the Respondent stating that "Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited" has now become "JMC Project (India) Limited". Learned advocate for the Respondent however submits that as on today neither "Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited" nor "JMC Project (India) Limited" is in existence. Now, they have merged together in the entity named as "Kalpataru Projects International Ltd." 2.

In view of the above position, learned advocate seeks permission to correct the name of sole Respondent, as "Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.".
