Learned counsel for the applicant who was earlier appearing for the appellants submits that she had given no objection to Mr. Suraj Gadkari and she was not appearing in the Second Appeal. She further submits that the appearance recorded in the order dated 9th October 2024 indicates that Mr. Suraj Gadkari was holding for Mr. Kayval Shah. She thus requests that appearance in order dated 9th October 2024 be corrected.

Mr. Suraj Gadkari appears and has no objection for the said correction.
