The Interim Application has been taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.2, who passed away on 23rd December 2023. The Application has been filed within time i.e. on 16th March 2024. 4.

Mr. Sawant, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1A to 1D strongly opposes the Application. However, as the Dusane
