In the Civil Writ Petition No. 3374 of 2024. we have not granted the Petitioner i.e. Arshiya Ltd. any interim relief. 3.

Therefore, the applicant Group Panchayat is free to proceed in the matter of recovery of its dues or other matters referred to in this Interim Application in accordance with law. 4.

However, since no interim relief is granted by this Court, there is no question of this Court permitting or not permitting the Applicant to do various acts that it proposes to do. 5.

This Interim Application is disposed of with the above clarification.
