Heard Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

The Interim Application is taken out on 14th March 2024 pursuant to Order dated 1st March 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.7631 of 2017. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 has informed the Petitioner about the heirs and legal representative of deceased Respondent No.2 by letter dated 12th March 2024 and immediately within two days, the Interim Application is taken out.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today. Amended copy be served on the Respondents within 14 days thereafter.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
