This is an application by the Applicant/Plaintiff for adding a third party who claims to be successful bidder for part of the suit property, by participating in the Tender/Auction process undertaken for recovery of loan by Respondent Nos. 21 and 25. 2.

Since the 3rd person is stated to have come into picture after the impugned order, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as thus:

"b) to grant leave to add Shri. Prashant K. Thakkar as described in the title as Respondent No.31 in the present Appeal from Order."
