We note that in the Writ Petition an order was passed on 12 July 2017 directing the Respondent to maintain status quo which order is in operation and binds the Respondents. Therefore, before taking any action in respect of the subject matter, the Respondent shall keep in kind that the order of this Court granting status quo is in operation, the said Vinaa Khadpe 1
