Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the office remark on the notified board indicates that the notices issued to the heirs and legal representatives are awaited. Copy of the board with the Court Shirestedar also indicates the same remark, however on the soft copy of the board there is no remark on the Interim Application. Copy of the farad sheet placed before me indicates some other remarks. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to take steps to serve the unserved respondent nos. 1A(ii), 1A(iii) and 1A(iv). 6.
