I have perused the Interim Application. Sufficient cause has been shown therein for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.6 i.e. Respondent Nos.6(a) to 6(c) on record. S.R.JOSHI

For all the aforesaid reasons, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) therein. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Place the First Appeal on board on 6th November, 2025 under the caption "for final hearing".
