Having heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant / Appellant as well as the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we find that sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay.

In these circumstances, the delay of seven days in filing the above Appeal is condoned. Now that the delay is condoned, the Applicant / Appellant shall remove all other objections, if any, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
