This Interim Application is for restoring the petition which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Mr. Raichandani states that within one week from today all office objections will be complied with.

In view of this statement made by Mr. Raichandani, purely by way of indulgence we restore the petition. If the office objections are not cleared within one week from today, petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court with no chance of it ever getting restored. Interim Application disposed.
