Commercial Arbitration Appeal (L) No. 17316 of 2023 under section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by a third party against the order dated 21st November 2022 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal granting interim measure under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned counsel for the appellant in the aforesaid appeal submits that since the appellant is a person aggrieved by the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, the appellant has filed this appeal along with an application seeking leave to appeal against the aforesaid order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent prays for accommodation to enable him to inspect the records and to file a paginated compilation of documents filed before the Arbitral Tribunal.
