This interim application is for restoration of the second appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the second appeal is dismissed on 25th January 2024 and the restoration application was immediately filed. However, it was not circulated. Due to the pendency of the application the execution has been stalled. She therefore submits that even if the second appeal is to be restored in view of the grounds raised in the application, the second appeal be heard immediately.
