Issue notice fo the respondents, returnable on 28th June 2024. Mr. Prashant Bhavake, learned advocate waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In the application it is stated that the meeting of the newly appointed trustees is scheduled to be held tomorrow. One of the agenda of the meeting is to elect office bearers from out of the trustees. In the submission of the applicant it would cause prejudice. Learned advocate vehemently opposes to grant of interim relief stating that even if office bearers are elected from amongst the trustees, no policy decision would be taken. Court finds that electing or nominating office bearers itself may create complications. In view of the same, following order:

O R D E R

i) Till next date i.e. 28th June 2024, though the meeting is held however, no decision be taken in respect of Item No. (ii) of the Agenda and circulated by the notice dated 24/04/2024 and not to take major policy decision.
