At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to amend to add Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Pandharpur, District Solapur, as party to the Interim Application. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Interim Application has been preferred by the originalrespondent Nos.1 and 2 seeking to stay the proceedings before the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Pandharpur and not to make any change in the record of property of firm and not to delete the sa_mandawgad 1 of

13ia8260-24 name of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 from record of rights of Cts No.4527/b1 and 4527/c1.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the application was sought to be served on the learned counsel for the Appellants, who has noted that he is out of station and requested that the matter be kept on 3rd May, 2024. He further submits that the proceedings are fixed before the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record tomorrow for passing of orders.

Considering that if the orders are passed by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record tomorrow, the Interim Application will became infructuous and the name of the Applicants which is appearing in the record of rights of the properties will be deleted, the Deputy Superintendent Land Record is requested to defer proceedings till 10th May, 2024.

List the present Interim Application on 3rd May, 2024. 6.
