None appears for the applicant. We have perused the averments made therein. It has been stated that applicant had filed Securitisation Application No.57 of 2018 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the order dated 16/11/2022 passed in the said proceedings submits that there is no interim order passed therein. Since the applicant has taken recourse to the provisions of Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of 1/2

39-IA-8262-24 IN WP-2830-24.doc Rameshwar Dilwale Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002, the interim application is allowed. The applicant shall be impleaded as Respondent No.7 in the writ petition within a period of one week from today.
