Since this Court seized with the present Writ Petition and the substantive challenge to the Plaintiff's Application having been rejected by the learned Trial Court for leading his evidence, the learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to defer passing of the judgment in the Suit proceedings until the present Writ Petition is determined by this Court.
