This application is taken out for restoration of an appeal which came to be dismissed for non-removal of objection. There is a delay in filing the present application. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraphs 4 and 5 and being satisfied therewith, the delay in taking out the present application is condoned and order dated 1 December 2021 by which the Civil Application No.29800 of 2017 was dismissed for non-removal of objection is quashed. 2.
