As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 23/02/2024, "Premises is locked since long back".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 by way of affixing the notice.

- 2 - The address of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Appeal No. 206 of 2018 in R.A.E. & R. Suit No. 984/1545 of 2005 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No. 8377 of 2024 for substituted service of summon is allowed. Hence, the office is directed to issue notices to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and concerned bailiff be directed that in case Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 do not found on the address, then notices be affixed on the outer door or some other conspicuous part of their house, as provided under Order 5, Rule 17 and 19 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
