The above Family Court Appeal has been filed by the Wife challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 29th December 2023 under which a divorce was granted to the Respondent-Husband. JULY 12, 2024 Utkarsh
12.ia.7076.2024.doc We have noted that there are no children involved in this marriage. We therefore impressed upon the parties to try and see if the disputes between the parties could be amicably resolved. 2.
The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant stated that an offer for settlement was already given at the time when the matter was pending in the Family Court. That offer even stands today.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent sought 2 weeks time to take instructions from his client on the offer made by the Appellant-Wife when the matter was pending before the Family Court.

In order to enable the parties to try and see if they can resolve the matter amicably, we stand this matter over to 26th July 2024. 5.
Interim-order granted earlier, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, shall continue till further orders. 6.
