For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application No.8422 of 2024 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay, if any, stands condoned. Necessary amendment is

Respondents are put to notice that this Writ Petition shall be taken up for hearing on the next adjourned date and disposed at the time of admission itself. Respondents are directed to file their Affidavit-in-reply on or before the next date. 5.
