The order of 25th November 2024 records that the application has been filed in April 2024 and there was no reply filed by the original Petitioner and the Court directed that the affidavit-in-reply be filed on or before 2nd December 2024 with a copy in advance to other side. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, there is no reply filed by the Petitioner and again accommodation is sought. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that apart from the withdrawal of amount, the application seeks enhancement of the amount of deposit as the order is passed by the Estate Officer in February 2017 and the [Corrected order as per speaking to the minutes order dtd 13-12-2024.] Patil-SR 1 of

Despite opportunity being given, no reply has been filed which shows negligence on the part of the Respondent-Bank of Maharashtra. 4.

List the application for further consideration on 10th January 2025.
