In connected matter, this Court has permitted the Claimants to withdraw 60% as per the order dated 1st July 2024 passed on Interim Application No.9603 of 2024 in First Appeal no.1095 of 2023. The same order can be passed. Hence, order:-

(i) The Claimants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount along with interest from the Claims Tribunal - Nashik on furnishing an usual undertaking. 4.
